Broadway a beacon for buyers.


In a clear sign that buyers are still eager to purchase luxury condominiums in prime locations, over 80% of the luxury homes at 1600 Broadway on the Square, a 27-story residential and retail complex on the east side of Broadway, between West 48th and West 49th Streets, have been sold in just ninety days.
