BIG Structure

BIG will be linked operationally to Broadway Video's Edit division, giving it complete access to the resources of each of the division's five departments: Broadway Video Design, Broadway Sound, Broadway Video On-Line, Broadway Video Digital Off-Line and Broadway Video Duplication. BIG will service its clients using a dedicated staff of 14 experienced designers, producers and software engineers from the interactive industry. In addition, the group will be able to take advantage of the expertise of over 50 editors, producers, designers, composers and other specialists from all departments of Broadway Video when needed for specific projects.

Within BIG there is a separate unit called Digital LaundrySM, a service that uses customized technologies to digitize To convert an image or signal into digital code by scanning, tracing on a graphics tablet or using an analog to digital conversion device. 3D objects can be digitized by a device with a mechanical arm that is moved onto all the corners.  and compress analog media for use in virtually any digital format. Leveraging BIG's partnership with Broadway Video, the scope and capability of Digital Laundry will be expanded to service a variety of clients including publishing companies, multimedia developers and large corporations.

Commitment to Client Service

BIG's service model is rooted in Broadway Video's 15 years of experience working with the television industry, where delivering compelling content within tight scheduling and budget constraints A Budget Constraint represents the combinations of goods and services that a consumer can purchase given current prices and his income. Consumer theory uses the concepts of a budget constraint and a preference ordering to analyze consumer choices.  is the norm. BIG is taking those same principles and adapting them to the interactive industry to improve the way products are developed.

"Combining the vast resources of these two companies enables BIG to offer clients incomparable (mathematics) incomparable - Two elements a, b of a set are incomparable under some relation <= if neither a <= b, nor b <= a.  customer service, cutting-edge creativity, proven experience and great value. Through our unwavering commitment to these principles, we are working to reset the product and service standards in the interactive multimedia industry."

Development Approach

BIG's key strength lies in its development approach to individual projects. BIG's development goal is to use compelling interactive content to ensure projects reach their intended audiences and clients meet their strategic business objectives.

"In the end, we believe the true test of an interactive product is whether it provides a compelling interactive experience for the end user," said Bryan McCormick, president, Broadway Interactive Group. "BIG's goal is to create new media products that deliver a higher level of quality than users have come to expect from other interactive products."

Current Projects

BIG is currently working on several projects including: Interplay Productions' CD-ROM Pete Townshend Pete Townshend (born Peter Dennis Blandford Townshend on May 19, 1945 in Chiswick, London), is an award-winning English rock guitarist, singer, songwriter, and composer.
