Recent acquisitions to Broadway Partners' portfolio include 1325 G Street, a ten-story, 306,563-square-foot office building located in Washington, DC, acquired in July 2004; 9701 Wilshire Boulevard, a twelve-story 109,757-square-foot office building located in Beverly Hills, California, acquired in June 2004 and; 1200 Corporate Place, a four-story 128,959-square-foot office building located in Boca Raton, Florida, acquired in June 2004. Charles E.F. Millard also joined as president of a new broker-dealer subsidiary that is under formation. This subsidiary will syndicate both equity and debt in Broadway Partners' real estate investments to private individuals, families and institutions. He is also a Managing Director of Broadway Real Estate Partners, LLC. Mr. Millard joined Broadway Partners from Lehman Brothers, where he served as a Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management Services.
