Broadway Panhandler picks a spot on University Place.


Rose Associates, Inc. has completed a transaction with the Broadway Broadway, famous thoroughfare in New York City. It extends from Bowling Green near the foot of Manhattan island N to 262d St. in the Bronx. The cookware retailer signed a 16-year lease for 5,317 square feet of ground floor space at 65 E. Eighth St.

University Walk is comprised of 27 stores, totaling approximately 60,000 s/f of retail space.

University Walk spans the north side of East Eighth Street from Broadway to University Place and continues to the Ninth Street corner along both avenues. Rose Associates, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the entire retail complex.
