) today announced a major new release of VISUALIMPACT, its dynamic suite of advanced-function applications that can be used in traditional as well as image-enabled item processing environments. The release represents the third group of enhancements added to the product since its general availability in March 1995.

"Release 3.0 of VISUALIMPACT provides significant new features to our product offering. The added components of key entry, courtesy amount recognition, and power encode give VISUALIMPACT customers, regardless of processing volumes, the enhanced functionality associated with more sophisticated image item processing environments," noted Mr. Neal.
