Broadway & Seymour Inc. Elects Board Members and Changes Name to Elite Information Group Inc.


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 27, 1999--

Broadway & Seymour Inc. (Nasdaq:BSIS BSIS Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (California, USA)

) announced that at its annual stockholders' meeting held Thursday, shareholders approved a change in the corporate name from Broadway & Seymour Inc. to Elite Information Group Inc.

The newly renamed company will trade as a National Market Issue on the NASDAQ under the trading symbol Trading symbol

Rich and Epker fill seats left vacant by Robert Kelly and George McTavish, whose terms had expired.
