Under the agreement, Broadlane will exclusively make available to its customers all AuctionMart services. They include pre-owned equipment, auction services, and on-line refurbished equipment sales. Customers will access those services through a co-branded web site hosted by Broadlane. Broadlane's customers include 25 hospital systems in the United States comprised of approximately 567 acute care hospitals and 2,050 non-acute care facilities.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
