Beth Burgy joins Broadhead + Co marketing.pr, Minneapolis, as vice president in charge of account services for food and agribusiness clients. Burgy joins Broadhead + Co from Martin | Williams, where she was the management supervisor for Syngenta Crop Protection. Prior to Martin | Williams, Burgy served as management supervisor at Valentine Radford Radford, city (1990 pop. 15,940), surrounded by but independent of Pulaski and Montgomery counties, SW Va., on the New River; settled 1756, inc. as a city 1892. Motors, iron castings, clothing and textiles, and paper products are among the city's manufactures. Radford Univ. is there. Jefferson National Forest and an army ammunition plant are nearby. in Kansas City and TBWA/ Chiat Day in San Francisco. Burgy began her career at Miller Meester Advertising in Minneapolis.
