Private label / First Responder and Industrial Safety: --Our multinational distributor in the First Responder and Industrial Safety markets continues to be pro-active in expanding its customer base in the United States and globally. In addition to Veridien's existing products, individually wrapped textured surface disinfectant wipes and a wall mounted antiseptic spray system are expected to be introduced into the Industrial Safety market in Q2, 2006. The production for both programs is already underway. New Products: --In 2005 Veridien launched three new products, the Viraguard(R) Water Cooler Cleaning Kit, Viraguard(R) Heavy Duty Textured Hospital Surface Disinfectant Towelettes and the Extra Large Hospital Surface Disinfectant Towelettes. These textured wipes provide end users with rugged disinfectant wipes for use in rigorous environments where contamination from blood and body fluids present a high risk to healthcare workers and the public. --Veridien is in development discussions for bringing Viraguard(R) Infection Control Products into the retail market. Channels under discussion include retail drug chains, grocery chains, direct TV and shopping television venues for 2006. Viraguard(R) products are planned to appear on the shelves in consumer friendly packaging and consumer appropriate size formats in Q3, 2006. Recently, Veridien retained the services of Perennial Investments Inc. to assist Veridien's marketing team in the development of retail product programs, packaging design and contact with purchasing decision makers in major retail chains.
