First Securities will have an exclusive right (except the agreements already in place with the company and other third parties) to provide other investment banking services regarding mergers, acquisitions and the like. The offering will be on a "best efforts" basis and sales will be made only to non-US residents. BI will be required to apply for and be accepted on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
