OTC See over-the-counter market (OTC). BB:LSER LSER Linear Solvation Energy Relationship LSER Labor Standards Enforcement Report LSER London and South Eastern Railways (UK) ), announced today that effective Jan. 23, 2004, it received a new trading symbol Trading symbol See: Ticker symbol for the company. Its stock will be traded in the future under the symbol (OTC BB: BCST BCST Broadcast BCST Bachelor of Computer Science and Technology BCST Battle Command and Staff Training BCST Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist ). The company also announced that it held a special meeting of the shareholders on Jan. 13, 2004, and changed the name of the company to Broadcast International Inc. and effected a 10:1 reverse split of the company's stock. The reverse split also allowed the company to complete issuance of stock to former shareholders of the company's wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock. Notes: In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners. BI Acquisitions Inc. Following those issuances, the company will have approximately 17,959,000 shares outstanding. Broadcast International provides a variety of video-powered business solutions, including IP and digital satellite, Internet streaming, and other types of wired/wireless network distribution.
