In this role, Padmore oversees all European sales and operations and is responsible for ensuring that the Broadbeam platform addresses the specific requirements of the European marketplace. Padmore brings 20 years of IT experience to Broadbeam. Prior to joining Broadbeam, he worked for systems integrator EDS, hardware manufacturers including Data General and Sequent (Sequent Computer Systems, Inc., Beaverton, OR, www.sequent.com) A computer company founded in 1983 by 17 ex-employees of Intel that specialized in multiprocessing systems for the client/server environment. , consultancy Unisys IS, and software vendors Inference and eGain. Padmore's strong and varied skill set includes project management, sales, channel management, and initiating and maintaining strategic relationships. Years of living and working in Europe's IT market have given Padmore a well-rounded view of the industry and business opportunities around the globe.
