) announced today, the result of the proxy solicitation sent to shareholders and the Special Shareholders meeting held on November 19, 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada, which was recessed several times. The meeting was convened at 8290 West Sahara, Suite #270, Las Vegas, Nevada at 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. The agenda for the meeting was specific to one item, "the election of the directors". The inspector of elections was present and read for the record, the results of the shareholders vote for the Board of Directors. The shareholders that participated in the election voted approximately 84% in favor of the elected members.
