) announced today that the Shareholder meeting called for December 2, 2004 in Las Vegas, Nevada, will now be held on Thursday December 9, 2004. The meeting will convene at 8290 West Sahara, Suite #270, Las Vegas, Nevada at 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time.
