 Wireless, Inc. announced today that it has changed its name to BeamReach Networks, Inc. and has adopted a new brand identity to prepare the company for its entry into the broadband wireless market.

"The name BeamReach Networks has special significance for us since it relates very well both to our unique technology and to our vision for broadband wireless networks," said BeamReach Networks' CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. The name also has a parallel meaning. `BeamReach' is also a nautical term meaning the fastest point of sail, underscoring the company's commitment to deliver the best performing broadband wireless solutions.

In conjunction with the name change, the company has launched a new website that is located at www.beamreachnetworks.com.

BeamReach Networks has been funded by a powerful group of strategic investors with access to global resources. The investor group includes a cross section of venture, financial, operator, and vendor leaders who are experienced in and dedicated to the wireless market.
