) is pleased to announce that it has entered into definitive agreements with Mr. Mark Ward and Mr. Stephen Pecevich to provide BBAN with operational, executive and financial leadership in the implementation and completion of BBAN's stated goals toward becoming the country's first Virtual Broadband Network Operator (VBNO).

Ward will assume the role of chief executive officer and drive the completion of BBAN's network services rollout. Ward has enjoyed many successes as an operations-focused executive in information technology products & services companies.
