Broadband Gateways, Inc., developer of the Intelligent Premises Gateway (IPG IPG Implantable pulse generator, see there ) for residential and small business markets, has partnered with CopperCom, a Silicon Valley Company creating voice services over broadband(TM).

Broadband Gateways new IPG will interoperate with CopperCom's CopperComplete DSL(TM) to ensure end-to-end network interoperability, enabling service providers to profitably meet the growing demands for integrated voice and high-speed data service.

Broadband Gateways has joined CopperCom's The Many Voices of DSL(TM) partner program, which gives vendors the ability to ensure interoperability with CopperComplete Architecture(TM). Working with the CopperComplete Architecture, Broadband Gateway's IPG, a new breed of integrated access device An IAD is a customer premises device that provides access to wide area networks and the Internet. Specifically, it aggregates multiple channels of information including voice and data across a single shared access link to a carrier or service provider PoP (Point of Presence). , will enable service providers to deliver and distribute wireless and wireline, voice and data throughout the premises.
