Broadband Executes Deal with Prominent Research and Development Team.

LAS VEGAS -- Broadband Wireless International Corporation (OTCBB:BBAN) is pleased to announce it has executed a Master agreement for License and continued services with WorldVuer, Inc. The License gives Broadband Wireless a bundled Visual Communication Subscriber Line platform with the world's first Virtual Broadband Network Operating system service offering.

The bundled Visual Communication Subscriber Line, along with the Virtual Broadband Network, is a unique service model to deliver interactive visual communications, trade and commerce services using a dedicated Virtual Broadband Network. Broadband Wireless executives have been pursuing an aggressive agenda in arranging meetings with the executives of some of the world's most prominent communications companies to partner with in delivering its bundled service model to consumers. The business model is consumer driven and similar to the model of a Mobile Virtual Network Operation model popularized by Virgin Mobile of the UK. When implemented correctly, the service is anticipated to propel Broadband Wireless as a next generation virtual communications company that offers consumer demanded service at competitive rates and in the process, deliver what consumers want, cost effectively.
