BroadVision(R), Inc. (Nasdaq:BVSN), a leading provider of personalized e-business applications, and Commerce One (Nasdaq:CMRC), a leader in global e-commerce solutions for business, today announced an agreement to integrate the BroadVision Procurement application, built on the company's industry-leading BroadVision One-To-One Commerce suite, with Commerce One's MarketSite.net. Under the agreement, BroadVision will offer access to MarketSite.net to customers of its procurement product, and the two companies will engage in joint marketing activities to promote the combined BroadVision/Commerce One solution.
