Mr. King will be a participant on the "Web Analytics: The Next Generation of Knowledge Management," panel taking place on Monday, April 22 at 11:30am. Mr. King will give insight about utilizing Web data and content to facilitate interactions with customers. He will demonstrate how to use Web Analytics effectively and discuss several real-world case studies. Participants will learn four key steps to ensure a successful BI strategy.

Ms. Vaughan will be a participant on the "How to Create an Award-Winning Web Site" panel taking place Wednesday, April 24 at 2:30pm. Ms. Vaughan is one of a select group of executives who have been asked to provide their insight on the key criteria for creating an "award winning" site. Still a constant for today's e-business, Web sites are being judged as to their effectiveness, design and ability to deliver a product message to its target audience. Mr. King will also lead the "Transforming Your Business Outside-In Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ," panel taking place on Wednesday, April 24 at 10:00am. He will review how CRM, in its present form, has been seen as a set of tools used in-house providing employees with information such as a given customer's transaction history, or easy access in the field to product information. Providing further insight into current uses of CRM, Mr. King will moderate a lively discussion on how CRM has the potential to transform a company more radically, enabling the company to create an extranet with customers, partners and suppliers as well as employees. This session focuses on how to create a true extranet and transform a company "from the outside, in."
