Empirix has developed a BroadWorks-specific version of its award-winning Hammer Call Analyzer(TM) VoIP analysis solution. Called Hammer Call Analyzer for BroadWorks, it can import and read BroadWorks log files, allowing users to view live call-quality metrics within Hammer Call Analyzer thus accelerating the identification and correction of VoIP network and application problems.
