BroadSoft Welcomes Gary Ford as General Counsel; Former webMethods, Inc. Executive Brings Corporate, Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions Expertise.

His experience also includes developing and implementing intellectual property protection arrangements for worldwide patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret protection, licensing and enforcement.

Ford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Iowa Not to be confused with Iowa State University.
