These appointments will bolster the start-up's business, sales and marketing activities and will expand new business activities in the USA and worldwide.

Andrew Vought joins BroadLight as CEO with more than 25 years of semiconductor and technology management experience. Previously he served in the Office of the President of GlobespanVirata following the 2001 merger of Virata with Globespan. For the five years prior to the merger, Andrew (Andy) served as Chief Financial Officer and had responsibility for the operations of Virata, based in Santa Clara CA. Andy's other semiconductor experience include Micro Power Systems and Texas Instruments Europe.

Mr. Anthony T. Maher has been a partner and investment manager at STAR Ventures since 2002. He currently serves as a board member in the following companies: Alvarion Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALVR), Graviton Graviton
