Broad-Based Design and Manufacturing Event Returns to New York; Lineup of Co-Located Shows Includes New Automation Technology Expo.

LOS ANGELES -- Show organizer Canon Communications has added the Automation Technology Expo (ATX) to its traditional lineup of co-located design, manufacturing, plastics processing, and packaging shows that comprise the largest event of its kind on the East Coast. In addition to ATX, the June 13-15 event in New York's Javits Convention Center consists of Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) East, EastPack, PLASTEC East, and Atlantic Design & Manufacturing. 1,500 exhibiting companies and 30,000 buyers are expected to participate.

ATX represents the first time that the East Coast has a single event featuring the latest technological advances in custom automation and assembly, robotics, control software, motors, drives, motion control and more.
