Broad Street development signs two new leases.


Broad Street Development, an owner and management group led by Raymond Chalme, has signed two new leases totaling 8,000 square feet for Hextalls, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  and DSL DSL
 in full Digital Subscriber Line

Broadband digital communications connection that operates over standard copper telephone wires. It requires a DSL modem, which splits transmissions into two frequency bands: the lower frequencies for voice (ordinary

The owner's ability to swiftly and successfully fulfill each company's requirements enabled both deals to close in record time, just before year end.

The firms also benefited from the high-quality space the building offers within its custom built-to-suit program, providing tenants with the owner's team of engineers, architects and construction managers to rapidly build out the suites to meet its varying needs. Raymond Chalme, principal of Broad Street Development, made the announcement.

NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  handled negotiations for Hextalls & Co., LLP, and Snezana Anderson also of CB Richard Ellis worked on behalf of DSL Software Limited.
