Broad Street completes more than 100,000 s/f of leasing.

Broad Street Development (BSD), is pleased to announce a stellar year to date, signing more than 100,000 s/f in new leases and expansions at the firm's Manhattan office buildings.

At 370 Lexington, located steps from Grand Central Station in Midtown Manhattan, the following companies have joined the tenant roster: China National Tourist Office, signed a 2,018 s/f lease on the ninth floor; Teradata, committed to 1,698 s/f on the fourth floor; China Natural Gas, signed a 1,354 s/f on the 22nd floor; Skeffington Asset Management, leased 719 s/f of space on the fourth floor; and TAM Brazilian Airlines, will expand their current lease, signing an additional 400 square feet of space on the sixth floor.

Among the newest tenants to sign at 55 Broadway are: Teliris Limited, a teleconferencing company, signed a 17,479 s/f lease on the 14th and 15th floors; Pro Publica, an independent, non-profit newsroom, committed to 10,790 s/f on the 23rd floor; Fog Creek, a software company, leased 10,790 s/f on the 25th floor; Hugh Wood, an insurance company, signed a 10,790 s/f lease on the 24th floor; Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, leased 7,899 s/f of space on the 27th floor; Max Specialty Insurance Services, have signed 7,586 s/f of space on the 9th floor, and Baumeister & Samuels, a law firm, renewed their 2,770 s/f lease on the 15th floor.

The newest tenants to sign leases at 61 Broadway are: Fidelity, a mutual fund and investment management company, renewed their 8,629 s/f of retail space; Office of Economic Counsel of Thailand, renewed its 5,923 s/f lease on the 28th floor; World Lung Foundation, an association that works in partnership with organizations throughout the world that share our mission of improving lung health, committed to 5,000 s/f on the 28th floor; Smartstream, a technology development company, renewed its 3,150 s/f lease on the 28th floor; Hankersen, leased 2,950 s/f of space on the 5th floor; Downtown Professional, a chiropractic practice, renewed their 2,577 s/f lease on the 9th floor; Griswold Company, a brokerage firm, signed an amendment for the 2,200 s/f space on the 28th floor; Strasbourger Pearson Tulcin, an investment banking firm, renewed the 1,500 s/f lease on the 16th floor; RTS Realtime Systems, a software company, re-signed its 1,252 s/f lease on the 27th floor; BM&F, a financial firm, renewed its 1,028 s/f space on the 26th floor; Metro Group, committed to 910 s/f on the 25th floor; and Law Offices of Valentini, has signed 400 s/f of space on the 25th floor.
