Broad Street advises on $90m sale.

Broad Street Advisors, LLC of New York, announced the sale of Triangle Plaza, an office complex consisting of two. 14-story Class "A" buildings, totaling 631,445 s/f. The sale price was reportedly over $90 million.

Triangle Plaza is located near Chicago's O'Hare Airport along the Kennedy Expressway (Interstate 90), in the heart of one of the nation's top office markets.

Trianole Plaza is occupied by leading corporations such as Verizon. Anheuser and Toshiba. Broad Street Advisors was the exclusive ad visor for the seller, Triangle Plaza Venture LLC, a Starwood Capital Group company. Robert Rizzi, executive vice president at Broad Street, handled the transaction. The property sold to Chicago-based The John Buck Company.

"Starwood enjoyed many years of full occupancy' and exceptionally strong cash flows." said Mr. Rizzi. "The property has substantial rollover occurring in the near-term and JBC's knowledge of the property and the Chicago market enabled them to be top bidder in a highly competitive offer process", Mr. Rizzi added.
