Briton joins US Towers design team.BRITISH architect Lord Rogers has been chosen to design one of the new towers at the former World Trade Centre site.He joins fellow leading Briton Lord Foster, whose involvement in the development was announced in December. Lord Rogers, who said he was "delighted" by the news, will design Tower 3. Lord Foster will be responsible for Tower 2.
