Britney takes a dig at Nixon with 'dick' T-shirt.

Byline: ANI

London, Feb 18 (ANI): Britney Spears has reportedly taken a dig at the disgraced former U.S. president Richard Nixon by wearing a T-shirt with his face and the word 'dick' emblazoned across the front.

The Toxic hitmaker was spotted wearing the T-shirt in Los Angeles, reports the Sun.

Britney is not known for her grasp of politics - but it look like she's offered her own cheeky spin on the Watergate scandal.

The Watergate scandals were a series of American political scandals during the presidency of Nixon that resulted in the indictment of several of Nixon's closest advisors, and ultimately his resignation on August 9, 1974.

The scandals began with the arrest of five men for breaking and entering breaking and entering v., n. entering a residence or other enclosed property through the slightest amount of force (even pushing open a door), without authorization. If there is intent to commit a crime, this is burglary.  into the Democratic National Committee headquarters at the Watergate Office complex in Washington, D.C. on June 17, 1972.

Investigations conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice charged with investigating all violations of federal laws except those assigned to some other federal agency.  (FBI) and later by the Senate Watergate Committee, House Judiciary Committee and the press revealed that this burglary was one of many illegal activities authorized and carried out by Nixon's staff.
