Britney fan found guilty of peeking; COURTS.

A WOMAN who was seen acting suspiciously at Britney Spears' home has been found guilty of misdemeanour peeking, it has been revealed.

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was cleared of trespassing after she was arrested in April looking into a ground floor window of the singer's $10million home in Calabasas, California Calabasas is a city in Los Angeles County, California, in the western United States. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 23,123. The city was formally incorporated in 1991. .

But she was convicted of the lesser charge.

Tozier-Robbins insisted she has "no obsession with Britney" and was only at her property to prastice documentary film-making in a paparazzi pa·pa·raz·zo

She was caught with filming equipment in her bag and police were called after she refused to leave.

The former American Idol contestant - who under the terms of a previous restraining order restraining order: see injunction.  has to stay at least 100 yards away from Britney, her children and her residence - was handed three years' probation and 240 hours of community service.
