Britney asked to 'foot' run over photog's $220,000 medical bills.

Washington, September 25 (ANI): Britney Spears is being asked to "foot" the medical bills of a photographer who got injured in an accident involving the pop diva.

Photographer Ricardo Mendoza claims that his foot has been damaged for life after Britney ran over it.

The incident happened in 2007, while Britney was leaving a Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850.  medical centre.

Mendoza is now asking Britney to hand over 220,000 dollars, reports Contacmusic.

The former TMZ.com photographer claims that his damaged foot has cost him 195,000 dollars in general damages general damages n. monetary recovery (money won) in a lawsuit for injuries suffered (such as pain, suffering, inability to perform certain functions) or breach of contract for which there is no exact dollar value which can be calculated. .

He initially laughed the foot injury off, auctioning off his sock sock
