British Telecom chooses VideoServer Multimedia Conference Servers for the world's first coordinator attended videoconferencing service.


BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 6, 1996--VideoServer, Inc., the leading provider of multipoint technology for multimedia conferences, announced today that British Telecom The telephone and communications carrier that provides services in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. New features included in the Coordinator Attended Videoconferencing Service are video caption, a welcome message, and music when each caller is first connected and put on hold, providing reassurance REASSURANCE.
