They write resumes, study the company, learn about workplace dress and behavior, and prepare themselves thoroughly before they even set foot on company property," said David Sillick, Chairman-elect of Junior Achievement in Jacksonville. "Employees are also prepared and briefed so as to provide a solid background of knowledge to the students."

Watched by an estimated ten percent of the country last year, the Battle at Bighorn will be televised by ABC-TV, with live coverage beginning at 8:00 p.m. ET.
