British Memorial Garden Trust to commemorate 9/11.


To commemorate the sixth anniversary of 9/11, the British Memorial Garden The British Memorial Garden is currently (2005) under construction in Hanover Square in downtown Manhattan. It commemorates the 67 British victims of the September 11, 2001 attack on the World Trade Center. External links

 Trust will present a free community concert and ceremony on September 11. The concert will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the recently opened British Memorial Garden at Hanover Square Hanover Square may mean:

Performing at the annual event are Scottish violinist Laura McGhee and the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Scottish Pipes and Drums Band, as well as speakers from the Trust and British Consulate Consulate, 1799–1804, in French history, form of government established after the coup of 18 Brumaire (Nov. 9–10, 1799), which ended the Directory. . The garden was built by the Trust to commemorate the lives of the 67 Britons who died in New York on 9/11. It will be officially dedicated in spring 2008.
