Brita Wins P&G Lawsuit.

OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 1, 2001

The Brita Products Company today announced that a unanimous jury decision was reached in the U.S. District Court in Minneapolis, finding that the filter replacement indicator for Brita's pour-through system does not infringe a patent owned by Procter & Gamble.
