Brit locked in town hall; BLUNDER.


A BRITISH tourist was locked in a French town hall overnight after mistaking it for a hotel.

The unnamed woman believed the Hotel de Ville in Dannemarie, eastern France, was a place she could stay.

There was a conference taking place but it ended while the woman was in the toilet toilet /toi·let/ (toi´lit) the cleansing and dressing of a wound.
