Bristol's BARACLUDE Tablet for Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection Granted Priority Review by Government.Tokyo, Japan, Nov 11, 2005 - (JCNN JCNN Japan Corporate News Network ) - Bristol Pharmaceutical K.K. announced on November 10 that the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has granted the company with a priority review status for BARACLUDE Tablet, an agent for treating chronic hepatitis Chronic hepatitis Long lasting inflammation of the liver due to viruses or other causes. Bristol Pharmaceutical has filed applications for BARACLUDE, which was initially approved in the US in March 2005, on August 31.
