 Williams has completed the sale of two office condominiums at 3 Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, located at 305 East 47th Street in the United Nations district.

The American Federation for the Arts, one of the oldest art organizations in the country, purchased the 10,473 s/f unit on the 10th floor of the tower. The non-profit organization is relocating from 41 E 65th Street.

The Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan purchased a 13,827 s/f unit on the third floor. The mission, which joined the United Nations in 1992, is relocating from 866 UN Plaza.
