 Multifamily Security, Irving, Texas Irving (pronounced 'er-ving') is a city located in the U.S. state of Texas within Dallas County. According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the city population was 191,615; the 2006 estimate was 201,927 according to the North Central Texas Council of Governments, and 196,084 according to , joined the International Crime Free Association, the parent organization for the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program. Brink's will act as a liaison between their clients and local law enforcement to encourage adoption of the program.

The Crime Free Multi-Housing Program is a 10-year-old international program reaching more than 1,700 U.S. cities. Founder Tim Zehring began the program in response to a growing need he witnessed as a police officer in Arizona Arizona (âr'əzō`nə), state in the southwestern United States. It is bordered by Utah (N), New Mexico (E), Mexico (S), and, across the Colorado R., Nevada and California (W). .

The program consists of three-parts, and involves local law enforcement, property owners and managers, and residents. Although its members focus on a variety of crime prevention measures including lighting, landscaping and locks for basic security, they stress the importance of applicant screening and evictions.
