WHAT: The Scarsdale Woman's Club and the New York Metro Chapter of
the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) have joined
forces to bring the latest in decorator showcasing - Scarsdale
Show House 2005. Similar to the Kips Bay Show House, the
Scarsdale Show House promises to highlight the talent and
creativity of some of the hottest and most sought out interior
designers in NY. The Scarsdale Show House will give a
face-lift to the 147 year-old Rowsley Estate - the mansion,
home to the Scarsdale Woman's Club was originally built in
1858 and fashioned after an estate in Derbyshire, England.
With over two-dozen rooms to revamp, the designers have pulled
out all the stops to make this an unforgettable experience for
connoisseurs of decor and design.
