, today announced that the Company's Wyoming ethanol plant, which reopened completely on December 1, 1996, is now operating at record production levels, averaging 10,000 gallons of ethanol per day.

The plant was upgraded during the past summer from its previous 3 million gallons annual capacity to 5 million gallons annual capacity. The Company now employs 19 people in Torrington, Wyoming Torrington is a city in and the county seat of Goshen County, Wyoming, United States.GR6 The population was 5,776 at the 2000 census.

Mr. Brimm, who continues to be the Company's largest individual shareholder, has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Brimm Energy Corporation, and will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brimm Energy Inc., which represents the ethanol part of Brimm Energy Corporation's business.
