Brilliant Digital Extends Reach With Broadband Content Distribution and Promotion On Road Runner.

Brilliant Digital Entertainment, Inc. (AMEX:BDE; http://www.bde3d.com), a leading Internet entertainment content and tools developer, today announced a non-exclusive agreement with Road Runner, the high-speed online service, whereby digitally animated, 3-D interactive content developed by Brilliant, including content optimized for broadband distribution, will be distributed and promoted to Road Runner subscribers.

Brilliant's content will be available in the Broadband Showcase, a prominently displayed area within the Road Runner Service. Brilliant will also participate in Road Runner's off-line marketing and promotions and its content will be promoted on a regular basis within the Road Runner Service.

Road Runner's subscriber base of over 250,000 households further extends Brilliant's access into the broadband market and solidifies its position as a major provider of online digital entertainment. The companies expect Brilliant's Multipath Movie content to be available to Road Runner subscribers commencing in June. Road Runner's high-speed network allows its subscribers to download and view Brilliant's content much faster and more readily than through a standard Internet connection.
