Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Limited Signed a Technical Support Agreement With BMW AG.

 in full Bayerische Motoren Werke AG

German automaker. Founded as an aircraft engine manufacturer in 1916, the company assumed the name Bayerische Motoren Werke and became known for its high-speed motorcycles in the 1920s.
 AG ("BMW") signed a Technical Support Agreement ("Agreement") in Shanghai, PRC.

According to the Agreement, BMW will provide consulting services by sending experts to Brilliance's plant in Shenyang to help Brilliance establish production processes for the M1 (Zhong Hua) Car.

Yang Rong, Chairman and President of Brilliance, said: "The achievement of stable production processes due to the respective support by BMW under the Agreement will be an invaluable help to the M1 (Zhong Hua) Car project."
