Brijot Imaging Systems Announces Executive Management Change, Appoints New Member to the Board of Directors.

Mitchel J. Laskey Named President and Chief Executive Officer and Ross Newland Added to the Board

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Brijot Imaging Systems, Inc. announced today that Mitchel J. Laskey was named as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Laskey will be replacing the company's founder Brian Andrew in those positions. Mr. Andrew will continue to serve the company as a member the Board of Directors. The existing senior management team will continue to serve in their existing capacities.

Brijot Imaging Systems designs, manufactures and sells the world's first commercially available surveillance system to feature full-motion, real-time passive (non-emitting) millimeter wave imaging capabilities. The Company was formed to commercialize technology licensed from Lockheed Martin to deliver systems that detect concealed weapons and/or explosives for the public and private sectors. Since the system's introduction in early 2006, the Company has installed BIS-WDS([R]) Prime in a number of sites and has conducted extensive system testing and evaluation. The Company has completed, or is in process of demonstration with, numerous high profile installations, such as Sandia National Labs' Rail Program (tested in the Jersey City PATH station) and has sold units through distributors that include eventual end users such as the U.S. Embassy and U.S. Army units in Iraq.

To position and enable the company to leverage their "first mover advantage," and provide a platform for significant growth, the Board of Directors recruited Mr. Laskey to the company. Mr. Laskey has held executive management and leadership positions for public and private companies, and has served on private and public company boards of directors for more than 30 years. During his career, Mr. Laskey has had extensive experience in developing and growing technology companies, and working closely with their institutional private equity investors. Mr. Newland had a distinguished 26 year career at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), serving in key international positions and at CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia, before departing the Agency in December 2005.

About Mitchel J. Laskey

Prior to joining Brijot Imaging Systems, Inc. as a member of the board of directors, and serving as its president and CEO, Mr. Laskey was CEO of the AccessOnTime division of LifeStar Response Corporation, where he also served as co-chairman of the board of directors, a leading national healthcare logistics company.

He has held executive management and leadership positions for public and private companies, and has served on a variety of not-for-profit charitable, private and public company boards of directors for more than 30 years. During his career, Mr. Laskey has had extensive experience in developing growing technology companies, and working closely with their institutional private equity investors.

Before LifeStar, Mr. Laskey was chairman, chief executive officer and president of Cytura Corporation, an information technology and enterprise content management company. Prior to joining Cytura, Laskey was the co-founder, CEO and president of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies Inc. (DHTI-NASDAQ), a leader in healthcare clinical information systems. Laskey is a co-founder of CNL Bancshares Inc., a leading Florida commercial bank, and is a member of the CNL Bank Central Florida board of directors. He holds bachelor's degrees in accounting and marketing from the University of South Florida and has been a licensed CPA in Florida since 1974.

About W. Ross Newland III

Prior to joining The Exxel Group in early 2006, Mr. Ross Newland had a distinguished 26 year career at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), serving in key international positions and at CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia, before departing the Agency in December 2005.

Until late 2005, Mr. Newland was the Chief of the Operational Technology Office, which identified and prioritized technology deployed by the CIA. He was the Deputy Director of the Office of Technical Services (OTS), which developed and deployed technical operations around the globe. During the first year after 9/11, Mr. Newland was the Deputy Associate Director for Central Intelligence (ADCI) for Military Support, coordinating the Agency's operational efforts with the military during the Afghan War.

In the 1990s through mid-2001, Mr. Newland established himself as a member of the Senior Executive Service through six overseas tours, three of them as Chief of Station. Mr. Newland was the Chief of Station in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during a time when relations between the two countries were at their historical peak. Prior to that, Mr. Newland was stationed in four other Latin American countries, as well as in Romania.

Mr. Newland was awarded the CIA's Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, the Intelligence Medal of Merit, and the State Department's Medal of Valor, in addition to various meritorious achievement awards and unit citations. Mr. Newland graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut with a degree in History, and obtained a Masters Degree at the London School of Economics.
