Brijot Imaging Systems Announces Executive Management Change, Appoints New Member to the Board of Directors.


Mitchel J. Laskey Named President and Chief Executive Officer and Ross Newland Added to the Board

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Brijot Imaging Systems, Inc. announced today that Mitchel J. Laskey was named as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Laskey will be replacing the company's founder Brian Andrew in those positions. Mr. Andrew will continue to serve the company as a member the Board of Directors. The existing senior management team will continue to serve in their existing capacities.

Brijot Imaging Systems designs, manufactures and sells the world's first commercially available surveillance system to feature full-motion, real-time passive (non-emitting) millimeter wave imaging capabilities. During his career, Mr. Laskey has had extensive experience in developing growing technology companies, and working closely with their institutional private equity investors.

Before LifeStar, Mr. Laskey was chairman, chief executive officer and president of Cytura Corporation, an information technology and enterprise content management company. Prior to joining Cytura, Laskey was the co-founder, CEO and president of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies Inc. (DHTI-NASDAQ), a leader in healthcare clinical information systems. Until late 2005, Mr. Newland was the Chief of the Operational Technology Office, which identified and prioritized technology deployed by the CIA.
