PLAINFIELD, Ind. -- Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL) announced today that Brightpoint Sweden AB ("Brightpoint") has been appointed by High Tech Computer Corp. ("HTC") to distribute their Qtek series of devices in Sweden and, through Brightpoint's affiliates, in various other European markets. The Qtek series of devices includes smartphones and wireless personal digital assistants that utilize the Microsoft Windows Mobile operating systems.
