Brightpoint and PreCash Enter Agreement for ePIN Distribution.

PLAINFIELD, Ind. -- Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL) announced today that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P. ("Brightpoint"), has entered into an agreement with PreCash, Inc. ("PreCash"). Pursuant to the agreement, PreCash will develop a payment processing solution using ePINs from Virgin Mobile USA, LLC. These ePINs will be used to top-up Virgin Mobile airtime by independent Brightpoint and PreCash dealers.

Brightpoint, through its Accesspoint Dealer Network program, will offer its current and future dealers the opportunity to purchase Virgin Mobile ePIN prepaid wireless payments using PreCash's web interface application ("WebConnect"). Eligible dealers will be able to offer Virgin Mobile ePIN prepaid payments from PreCash to new and existing customer accounts.

Accesspoint is Brightpoint's value-enhancing master agent program that supports qualified dealers with a comprehensive group of services. This program, which currently serves more than 2,000 dealers nationwide, creates opportunities for independent dealers, agents and specialty retailers to offer wireless products and service activations, and earn highly competitive commissions. Additionally, Brightpoint services over 5,000 independent wireless dealers and PreCash services another 11,000 independent wireless dealers nationwide that will be eligible to participate in the Virgin Mobile ePIN prepaid payment program through PreCash's WebConnect web application.
