and services to the small and mid-sized enterprise market

(NASDAQ:CELL) signed a value-added distribution agreement designed to speed the delivery of new wireless products and services to the small and mid-sized enterprise market.

Under the terms of the agreement, Brightpoint will market, sell and support Interactive Intelligence's first wireless application gateway product, called Mobilite(TM), along with a combined offering composed of Mobilite and Brightpoint's own bundled wireless data products and services.
