Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on :CELL) announced that, through certain of its subsidiaries, it has completed the sale of its remaining 50% interest in Brightpoint China Limited ("Brightpoint China") to Chinatron Group Holdings Limited ("Chinatron"). Pursuant to this transaction, Brightpoint received additional preference shares in Chinatron with a face value of US$11 million. In total, Brightpoint now holds Chinatron preference shares with a face value of US$21 million that are convertible into Chinatron ordinary shares equaling a 19.9% interest in Chinatron. The Company currently estimates that its aggregate amount of Chinatron preference shares have a fair value of approximately US$10 million.
