Brightpoint Joins Verizon Wireless Business Solutions Program.

PLAINFIELD, Ind. -- Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ:CELL) announced today that its subsidiary, Wireless Fulfillment Services LLC ("Brightpoint"), entered into an agreement with Verizon Wireless to deliver Verizon Wireless products and services to small and medium businesses through Brightpoint's channel of solution providers. As a Verizon Wireless Value Added Distributor (VAD), Brightpoint will participate in the company's Business Solutions Program and will offer VZOffice(SM) voice and data products and services through solutions providers.

As a VAD, Brightpoint will recruit, train, support and provide multiple products and services from various vendors through solutions providers in their network, including hardware and consulting services. This assists small and medium sized businesses in meeting their wireless technology needs.
