:CELL) announced today that it has acquired the balance of the ownership of three of its subsidiaries, Brightpoint Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ: CELL) is a leading global communications technology firm that specializes in the distribution of wireless devices and in providing customized logistics services to the wireless industry.  China Limited, Brightpoint (UK) Limited and Brightpoint Australia Pty Ltd PTY LTD Propriety Limited (company structure in Australia) . The 20 percent interests acquired were owned by members of management of each of the respective subsidiaries. The ownership interests were acquired using cash and stock, resulting in approximately 232,000 new Brightpoint, Inc. shares outstanding.
